A young boy develops a neurological condition and begins to interpret the world as being made from cardboard. His neurodivergence becomes his secret superpower. His imprinting on superheroes leads to him becoming “The Cardboard Banksy”, an enigmatic artist who leaves beautiful cardboard sculptures in public spaces.
A short concept film with a story by Iskandar إسكندر R. Sharazuddin and Luke Brennan. Working with award-winning filmmaker and podcaster, Wayne Nicholson who further developed the rich narrative world of The Life of Cardboard. This piece was developed to support a larger immersive multidisciplinary art and film project.
